It was spring 2021, and I was attending a week-long Dr. Joe Dispenza workshop in Orlando, Florida perfectly timed during eclipse season. On paper, my life looked flawless - Fortune 100 executive, financial security, external validation, and all the trappings of what society defines as "success."

But inside? I felt hollow. Like I was playing a character in someone else's story.

On the third day of the workshop, we entered a particularly deep meditation. The room was quiet except for Joe's voice guiding us deeper and deeper into that space between thoughts.
